Internship Program
Scarlet Knight Enterprises offers a dynamic internship program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple areas of sports business and operations. With dedicated tracks in Finance & HR, Partner Fulfillment, Creative Brand Partnerships, and Project Management, interns gain exposure to the full scope of how partnerships are built, executed, and scaled within Rutgers Athletics. We accept resumes year-round with internships beginning over the summer. We are looking for driven, curious individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment on the cutting-edge of college sports.
